	Outdoor Location	This option must be added if DJ location is outside, even if in a heated tent or on a covered patio. If patio is enclosed and heated/air conditioned, then location is considered indoors. All outdoor performances must first be approved by Lakeside Entertainment before the contract will be valid. The contract contains conditions required for outdoor performances, such as a dry level surface, electricity within 25 feet, protection from elements, covering, rain plan, etc.
	Portland/Vancouver Trip Charge	For events in the City of Portland, OR & Vancouver, WA Addition fee for lodging may also apply.
	Second Floor w/elevator	Required for locations where an elevator is used to access a second floor.
	Second Sound System	This option must be selected if music is desired in two locations for your event, such as if dinner or ceremony are being held in another room separate from where dancing will take place.
	Trip Charge	Destinations over 1 hour driving time from South Sound. Could be higher depending on distance.
	Wedding Ceremony Music	Wedding Ceremony Music. Add this option when ceremony music will be required in addition to your reception. Wireless lapel mic included at your request.
